The purpose of this hotline is to provide drug and alcohol information and intervention resource. 

Procedure

The 24 Hour Hotline is a CONFIDENTIAL telephone service providing assistance and guidance for chemically dependant person(s), their families and significant others. This also acts as a telephone crisis intervention and information/referral service. The hotline functions as a part of the agency’s crisis intervention services, as it is the point of contact for all after hour emergency services. Volunteers who are trained and supervised man the hotline.
